Meet the Doctors
David Durham, DMD
Dr. Durham received his B.A. degree from the University of Missouri in 1971. He completed his dental education at Washington University in 1975. Dr. Durham worked as a dentist in the United States Army Dental Corp from 1975 through 1977. He obtained his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery training at Louisiana State University/Charity Hospital in 1980. Dr. Durham has practiced at Southwest Oral Surgery since residency, a “jaw”- dropping 31 years. He has maintained staff privileges at St. Lukes Hospital for 31 years as well.
Dr. Durham enjoys exercising, reading and everything about St. Louis sports.
Gregg Hosch, DDS
Dr. Hosch graduated from the University of Missouri in 1982 with a B.A.degree and completed his dental education at the University of Missouri Kansas City in 1986. Dr. Hosch obtained his Oral & Maxillofacial training at the University of Illinois/Cook County Hospital in 1990. He has been in practice with Southwest Oral Surgery for 21 years and has been instrumental in bringing many of the specialty's new advances to the practice. Dr. Hosch has been on staff at St. Lukes Hosptial for 21 years and is certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Hosch is an avid golfer, sports enthusiast, and is probably Elvis Costello’s biggest fan.
Anthony Kramer, DDS
Dr. Kramer completed his B.A. degree at Saint Louis University in 1988. He graduated from the University of Missouri Kansas City Dental School in 1992. From 1993 to 1997, Dr. Kramer completed a general dental residency and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at St. John's Mercy Medical Center. He has been in practice with Southwest Oral Surgery for 14 years and has been on staff at St. John’s hospital for that time as well. Dr. Kramer is certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Kramer is a St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoys spending time with his family, which is good because he has eight children.
Brian Oglander, Dmd
Dr. Oglander completed his B.S. at the University of Missouri Columbia in 1994. He graduated with a dental degree from Southern Illinois University in 1998 and completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery training at Cook County Hospital in 2002. He has been in practice at Southwest Oral Surgery for 9 years and is on staff at St. Luke’s Hospital and St. John’s Mercy Medical. Dr. Oglander is certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Oglander enjoys exercising, fishing and showing others his meet and greet photo with members of the band "Rush"
